So exasperating, so excruciating. I wonder if Microsoft does this intentionally to get one to switch to Surface. So 😢😰😖
  • Great app, no drag & drop support

Great app that is still inferior to most other text editing apps due to lack of drag & drop support introduced in iOS half a year ago.
  • Unhappy with this program

I had Word installed on my IPad and with one of the updates it automatically upgraded me to Word 360 but I was never able to access it. Paid for it for at least a year without use of the service. Finally called Apple support and after an hour on hold they have removed the program and could only refund me for Dec & Jan. If you have Word make sure it doesn’t upgrade you.

Office was completely free until 1-2 month ago now I have to pay ? Why ? So you started disabling users app because they didn’t pay without any email or alert ? Deleted all office apps and started using Apple apps again !!!

When I try to change the font or size of my work there’s a blue screen that pulls up and it doesn’t show any of the editing options. Had been doing this the past week. Can this be fixed please? I don’t always like having to go to my laptop. If I have a quick idea I like to be able to write in my phone. Thank you.

Crash, crash, and crash since IOS 11 I have lost work, I write fiction, and like word to move from the ipad, iphone to the mac. Now it is like playing Russian Roulette, what is going on? I cannot select words close to the margins, and I start losing functionality. That is bad enough, but the crashing 20 times in one hour? Copy and paste work randomly. The app freezes and I lose all my work. HELP! Maybe is the IOS, but maybe is word, or a combination of both. Please fix it. This won‘t do.

The one thing I missed most about switching to Mac in 2006 was losing Word. The Mac version for desktop always fell short so I moved onto Gdocs, which tends to be laggy with minimal functionality and a boring UI. Imagine my excitement when I saw Word was back for iPad. The interface is pleasing and the functionality is robust without being in-your-face. It's great to have Word back, I use it every day. Access to OneDrive is A+, too.
