  • Intuitive work flow but not working with launch pad on iOS 11

  • In the top 5 best music apps

    By Stephengn
Intuitive & easy to use, Blocs Wave still has phenomenal creative range when the available (small fee) tools are used. The sound packs are varied, creative, of high quality musicianship and production value, and are also fairly priced (about the cost of a cola). I’m already able to create inspiring sketches in a matter of minutes, but I’m also looking forward to the possibility of new tools such as high and low pass filters as well as the possibility of more detailed sample manipulation. If you have a musical bone in your body, make room on your pad or phone for this one
  • Keeps getting better and better

There is still no end to what you can create with this!! Daily use might happen to you as well
  • Awesome app!

I love your app so much! It’s so much fun to use and I love the effects. I love how there’s different vocal effects and the melodic effects are super cool too. I mostly just like the FX pack. It is super cool. I don’t know what my favorite is because they’re all super interesting to use! Thanks for reading my review!
  • Almost there

Love blocs waves just needs a little work, 1st we need Fx like flanger reverb etc. 2nd instead of just 8 track sample Windows we need 16 or more. 3rd the ability to use other apps like AudioShare. 4th a keyboard to play with the samples. 5th better editing of the samples such as being able to use a sample that was imported from AudioCopy in more then 1 song project without undoing the edits to the sample being undone once you reopen the other project songs that you previously used said sample in. Other than that Blocs Waves is by far one of my favorite music creation apps. Ps we would pay for those features by the way thanks.
  • Let’s see about this...

Been on a Novation App review tangent tonight...mostly gripes but those are concern about the products out of love for the Company and its products across the board. This app needs a zero count-in to recording. I may not want to wait for a 1 measure count-in to go on. I may want to just hit the record button and, wha-la, the recording begins. Also, when transferring/exporting content into apparently creates a new Launchpad project in doing so. I can’t just get the content into the project I am currently working on. I have to first get it into another app first and then from there get it to where I want it in my Launchpad project.
  • 5 star app but.....

    By JWygant
This definitely is a five star app very fun powerful and intuitive with all the important add-ons the only reason that I’m giving it three stars because in the description of the app when I downloaded it said that there was supposed to be a new free sound pack released every month, Which so far have been nonexistent very disappointing was looking forward to trying out the new sounds each month. Would be willing to give a five star rating is set sound packs started to be released each month as was originally stated, I myself am a Full Sail University Audio production bachelor of science student, Who highly enjoy the ability to be able to craft beats on the go, But there’s only so much you can do with the limited sounds in the included sound packs, So I would really like to see some new additions to the free sample packs as was stated in the original description of the app. As a full-time college student with four children money is very tight especially around this time of year, and being the father of four children, and while the prices of the sound packs are not outrageous or unreasonable, are still out of my budget especially since I’m already paying a small fortune to go to music school, and raising 4 young children, speaking as someone who is definitely part of your target demographic, I just can’t give 5 stars Due to the lack of free sounds, So my suggestion would be to either make the add on to import your own sounds free, or to add a new free sound pack each month, which is what enticed me to download the app in the first place. Remedy this lack of sounds in someway shape or form and I will gladly give this at the five stars it deserves.
  • Great App - New bug?

    By johnthebassist1807
One of the best music apps for iOS. Have been using for quite a while now, but it looks like lately I can’t get it to work with inter-app audio in GarageBand? No signal comes through : / let me know if this is a bug! Right now the workaround of importing to launchpad and then linking that to GB is a hassle. Thanks!
  • Great app 432hz Please

    By locom@n

So I know this is hard work for you guys but if you could upgrade to also has the setting of change the frequency of the sound to 432hz and other will be awesome for me and a big community of music producers. 🙏
  • Fun, but missing some things I’d pay for as iap

    By capedape
Better folder management for imported samples, some fx per slice, and solo/mute for individual slices within a sample. I’d pay for each as an iap. I’ve bought all the packs to support development, but want to manage mine better... ios 11 files app drag n drop please?
